HRD Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general Human Resources task. 
  • Manage employee recruitment and contract. 
  • Manage benefits & compensations. 
  • Willing to do domestic travel once per month. 
  • Building a proper HR system. 
  • Administrative task and routine reports. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Human Resource Management. 
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. Basic tax knowledge, benefits & compensation will be a plus. 
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. Chinese language skill will be a plus. 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position..
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
