Area Home Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Getting partner for new networking and expansion coverage of KALBE Nutritionals home delivery in all area
  • Manage service level of Home Delivery’s partner to consumer
  • Handle business review periodically for Home delivery partner’s in coverage area

Requirements:

  • Male, Single or Married, maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Have experience minimum 3-5 years as branch supervisor or branch head or branch area and understanding about distributor
  • Have experience in manage team sales (Salesman / Merchandiser / Sales Promotion Girl)
  • Have experience in manage home delivery for FMCG company or distributor
  • Good in manage salesman or merchandiser or sales promotion girl and can doing multi tasking
  • Good leadership, great interpersonal, good integrity, good adaptable, and high drive for result
  • Energetic and independent
