Responsible for business development from financial institution

Develop and enhance new distribution channel to obtain company achievement

Establish business development strategies

Develop planning , execution and evaluation of marketing program

Strong leadership acting

Maintain close agent and customer relationship
Requirements:

Minimum D1 in any major study

Have a good background of experience in sales and marketing , preferably with good knowledge of finance/banking industry,multi level marketing

Strong ambition and self motivated

Good in communication and negotiation skill

Good in interpersonal relationship skill

Have a large mount of customer database

Must have own team min. 2 Unit Manager and 3 candidat below the Unit Manager
