Mill Cadet Program
Kalimantan Barat - Manis Mata Responsibilities:

Mill Cadet actively involve in training process divided into 3 categories: classroom training, on the job training and project based. After graduation, all successful participants will be place based on the availability of the position in production, maintenance or laboratory in palm oil plantation
Requirements:

Hold bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00

Active in organizational committee during college year

Fair capability in English, verbal and written

Strong personality in dealing with challenge

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Interested and ready to be placed in remote plantation area
