Corporate HR Manager Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

Handle organizational Development as part of Company Strategy and implement appropriate HR strategies, policies, systems and practices for the operation.

Develop, analyze, evaluate and recommend policies, procedures and activities needed to ensure that objectives in human resources area of specialization are achieved on time.
-
Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities such as learning and development, training, employee relations.
-
Familiar with whole recruitment matters from the beginning until end process.
-
Strong administration skills.
-
Understand manpower regulations.
Requirements:

Male/ Female, minimum 40 years old.
-
At least S1 Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or any other related background from reputable university.

Minimum 10 years experience in the same field (experience in Pharmaceutical Industry would be an advantage).

Computer & English literate.
-
Able to work under pressure independently or with team.
