Security Manager
Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
Scope
Overall responsible for the security management of products, processes and systems in a card personalisation center and maintenance of certifications by payment card organizations (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Both physical and logical security.
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of security management systems, processes, and procedures in compliance to payment card organisations’ security standards and G&D Corporate Security policies and standards.

Responsible for overhead costs, budget planning and monitoring.

Responsible for IT Security.

Plan and organise regular internal security training and briefing to staff on security awareness.

Plan and conduct internal security audits (physical and logical) within the company.

Report on security issues and action status to President Director and Corporate Security Organisation.

Planning, preparations, and coordination with payment card organisations and their accreditated auditors, for their certification initial and renewal audit inspections.

Planning, follow-up and verification on implemented remedial actions from audit inspections and notification/update to payment card organizations and/or their accreditated auditors.

Close contact to local enforcement agencies / police and authorities / issuers (banks) and agencies.
Requirements:

CISA or CISM certified.

Knowledgeable and experienced with IT security, e.g. network security, firewalls, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, etc.

Experience with process and procedure documentation or in Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27000).
