Construction Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for running the whole or part of a construction site
  • Make sure a project is completed safely, on time and within budget, and proper quality
  • Responsibilities include making preparations before work begins on site including communicating with the public, architects, engineers and related parties involved on the project
  • Managing the bulding process once work has begun on site
  • Monitoring project progress and ensure project is completed on schedule and/or milestone
  • Leading team
  • reporting to project manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable Universities
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Construction Manager in reputable developer company, contractor, or consultant, especially in High Rise building projects
  • Good problem solver and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as be able to manage staff and subcontractors
  • Must be good at planning & scheduling communicating and problem - solving
  • Mature person, age between 30 - 40 years old
