Operations Seismic General Manager (Position Code : OPR)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To manage overall seismic operational activities, including pre-project planning and budgeting, project activation and data acquisition/reporting and project de-mobilization phases, ensuring projects remain within budget
• To communicate closely with other managers and supervisors to optimize the planning, provision and utilization of equipment resources on the project, including daily report
• To ensure business goals of each project are cascaded and communicated downwards to Operations Supervisors and Project Managers.
• To ensure the project is adequately/efficiently staffed at all times, including forward of crew scheduling for shut downs & mobilizations.
• To compile and submit accurate project reports.
• To monitor budget project.
• To ensure Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, policies and procedures are communicated to project staff and adhered to at all times.
• To provide leadership, guidance and support to all Project Seismic staff ensuring optimal performance, management and motivation of all staff

Requirements:

• Male, age minimum 40-50 years old
• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) any discipline from a reputable university. Geophysics major graduates are preferable
• Minimum 5 year experience in same position and same seismic projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of government contract management and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
• Have excellent active English ability (written and oral) and computer literate
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Possess excellent leadership and budgeting skills, able to manage and develop team
• Excellent communication skill, well organized, independent, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal skill, honest, and able to work independent as well as under pressure
