National Roadbuilders & Construction Co. which was previously founded by Ir. Benjamin Arman Suriajaya and Ir. Marseno Wirjosaputro on Nopember 25th, 1968

PT. Nusa Raya Cipta is one of subsidiary companies of PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk.( SSIA )

Ever since 1992 PT. Nusa Raya Cipta head office is at Graha Cipta Building 2nd floor, Jl. D.I. Panjaitan No. 40, Jakarta Timur and have branches in Medan, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, and Balikpapan.

In line with industrial standard, the Company started to implement ISO 9002 since 1998 and obtained the Certificate of Approval from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) on March 9, 1999. To maintain and achieve higher objectives of Quality Assurance System, in the year of 2003 the Company has upgrade its Quality Standard to ISO 9001:2000.

On 10 December 2009 the Company has reimproved and obtained the Certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 from PT. Sucofindo International Certification Services (SICS) and Certification of Health and Safety Management System from the Man Power and Transmigration Department of the Republic of Indonesia. Recently, the Company is preparing to obtain OHSAS 18001:2007 Certificate
