Area Manager (AM)
(Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating a sound sales revenue to the company at a good profit level with less cost ratio
- Formulate and implement a workable, efficient and systematized Marketing Plans and Program
- Supervise and manage marketing and sales operation in area of work
- Sales revenue generation by maximizing the Plans and Programs ; number of store generated, stock delivery and availability to all outlets, maximization of man power effort, workable monitoring and control system, precise and updated records and data of market, effective advertisement and promotions, manpower augmentation through training and cost effective operation
- Market reading, analysis, interpretation and evaluation
- Sales personnel training and upgrading
Requirements:
- Male, 35 – 45 years old
- Minimal bachelor degree in Agriculture or related area
- Possess 5 – 7 years experience in marketing, planting, and harvesting
- Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure of targets
- Able to work in team and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Active in English both oral and written and having computer literate (windows application)
