Avant Garde Studios is a young, fun and hip animation studio situated in
Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

We are looking for fun, creative and wacky individuals to join our family!

2D ANIMATOR
(Kota Damansara)

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of general animation principle, character animation, lip-syncing and a good understanding of strong character posing.
  • Ensure animation content created is consistent with the style set out for the characters, cut-scenes, etc. and overall visuals.
  • Experience in producing character model packs, assets and background designs is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have at least diploma or certificate in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Has a good foundation in animation/ motion graphics/ illustration principles and techniques.
  • Senior position: Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant job positions.
  • Fresh graduates: Highly skilled in Adobe Flash, specifically for animation / Highly skilled in Adobe After Effects for compositing and motion graphics/ Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for digital imaging and illustration. Substantial proof of software skills must be reflected in students’ portfolio.
