Warehouse Administrator - Jakarta Barat
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  1. Membuat laporan pengiriman barang & delivery
  2. Membuat daily report
  3. Mengisi kartu stock setiap ada pengeluaran barang (sesuai item dan jumlah barang yang dikeluarkan)
  4. Menyiapkan barang sesuai faktur / surat jalan yang masuk ke gudang dan dicatat pengeluarannya ke kartu stock
  5. Memeriksa kelengkapan barang yang keluar dari gudang sesuai faktur/surat jalan (kesesuaian aitem barang dengan surat jalan)
  6. Melakukan estimasi stock barang guna menjamin ketersediaan barang dan mencegah over stock
  7. Melakukan stock opname
  8. Support delivery jika diperlukan
  9. Turut bersama-sama menjaga kebersihan, memelihara dan keamanan gudang dan lingkungan kantor
  10. Melaksanakan perintah atasan sehubungan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab jabatan

Requirements:

  1. Pria
  2. Lulusan SMK/Sederajad
  3. Mampu mengoperasikan MS. Excel
  4. Tekun dan teliti
