HR Operation Senior Officer
- Responsible for the process of payroll and benefit functions, including pay and benefit administration and staff welfare.
- Make a significant support and contribution to the implementation of the Bank’s business plan with regard to personnel compensation and benefit issues
- Manage the Bank’s HR operations, administration and services.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Must have 3 years experience in personnel administration
- Intermediate working with Excel and good Calculation skill
- Honest, thorough, self starter, persistent, creative, tough and hard worker.
- Can work both independently or as a team member.
- Have experience in leading and managing team
