HR Operation Senior Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the process of payroll and benefit functions, including pay and benefit administration and staff welfare.
• Make a significant support and contribution to the implementation of the Bank’s business plan with regard to personnel compensation and benefit issues
• Manage the Bank’s HR operations, administration and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Must have 3 years experience in personnel administration
• Intermediate working with Excel and good Calculation skill
• Honest, thorough, self starter, persistent, creative, tough and hard worker.
• Can work both independently or as a team member.
• Have experience in leading and managing team
