Sales Admin
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system application of sales administrative tasks (pre & after sales) such as :

    • Create / reverse Inquiry
    • Follow-up confirmation of production schedule and availability
    • Create / reverse order confirmation and sales confirmation
    • Follow up cargo readiness

Requirements:

  • Female, bachelor degree in any major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply


  • Minimal 1 year experience as sales in B2B or traditional market
  • Assist sales distributor / key account officers for communication with customers
  • Enforce and monitor delivery order from mills to customer warehouse
